Went in to ask if they’re on renovation or something, they’re not…asked her can I book a shower. Ok. She takes my shower point and she gives me no receipt, my app doesn’t show any queue…and only then she finally tells me that the system is down…go figure customer service. All this at 5 am January 1st…I don’t need much but at least if she speaks English maybe she could explain to people what’s going on from the start and maybe she shouldn’t hang up on customers?

Luckily, Hunter from Southern Tire Mart came to the rescue. He showed up quickly, diagnosed the issue right away, and helped me get the truck started without any hassle. His professionalism, patience, and friendly attitude made a huge difference during a tough situation. When you’re on the road and dealing with bad weather, having someone like Hunter who truly knows what he’s doing is a blessing. Thank you, Hunter, for getting me back on the road safely. Excellent service — definitely 5 stars!
