My wife and our dog was with me, it was 80 degrees outside, we just happened to be in the parking lot in front of the TSC store in Boonville, Indiana when this happened. I walked over to the AutoZone store and told them what happened, Brad said the alternator went out. I had a jumper box in the truck so I attached it got the truck started, but had to leave it attached to drive to the AutoZone store. I needed a new alternator and battery, Brad offered to change the alternator, wow, this was great as I wasn’t able to. Brad was very nice, personable, polite, he changed out the alternator in no time at all!! Now that’s a great man and great service, my wife and I were so happy! My wife was also offered to go inside the store but she didn’t want to with our dog. What a great store! Everyone there was just great, a Special Thanks from my Wife and myself to Brad!!
