The young staff was rude and would not listen when I was trying to tell them what was going on. Then would not help put the battery in because it's too cold out and said it was a liability issue LOL. #lazy. Big waste of time! I went down one block to O'Reilly's Auto parts and they hooked me up! Never complained and was done with it in 10 minutes. I recommend you go to O'Reilly's Auto parts to save time and money.
