  Picked up a nail and Tire Barn fixed my tire. The manager whose name I didn't catch was very polite and helpful. I've been doing business with Tire Barn, both in Bloomington and Merrillville, for many years, and have always had a good experience.

  Very courteous and professional customer service, on the phone and in-person. It was busy when I walked in so representative suggested I return later when less busy and less of a wait time. I appreciated that he valued my time and was very helpful. Later work was done as requested (new wheel, new tire, and balance) and in a very timely manner. Highly recommend.

  I scheduled an appointment to have an alignment done on a 2022 Toyota Camry. They put it on the lift and it sat there unattended for two hours while I waited in the lobby.After two hours of waiting they told me they’re not able to perform the alignment. I also bought a new set of Yokohama tires here and the tires were defective/ had bouncing. I ended up having to buy a new set of tires somewhere else. I recommend people go Tieman tires

  I went into The Tire Barn with an emergency because my passenger side front tire had come off of the rim. I had slid into a curb due to unknown slippery roads, hit the tire hard and it knocked it off of the rim. The tire was not in good shape either so I needed a new tire replaced and put back on the rim in order to get my vehicle back home. The staff worked very quickly helping me get the best tire on my wheel, balanced and ready to go very fast and very efficiently. They were all super :)

  The Store Manager, Mike, is a real gem! He's extremely thorough with his explanation of the "what & why's" of services. They always seen to fit me in same day & I feel their prices are not overly fluffed for profit like some places. And they're open on Sundays unlike many places! I rolled in this past Sunday with a bad tire stem valve. I jammed my tire gauge into the stem hose to keep it aired up while I drove from the gas station to Tire Barn which actually worked. They were as impressed with my ingenuity as I was! haha They not only fixed the stem valve, but they found a huge construction screw stuck in there, too. At 11:38am, I was quoted $30 and that it would be done within an hour. By 12:20pm, I had paid the $30 and was on my way! Superior knowledge + efficiency = Mike & his crew at Tire Barn. Thanks guys!
