    Took my MINI in for a scheduled estimate. Gave them all my contact info. Estimator checked odometer and collected needed details. Never heard a peep back from them. Must not need my business.

    The work itself is good and I have no issues. However, communication about timeline of repairs was terrible. I was told after estimate that repairs would take one week. After dropping off car on 2/16 I was then told it would not be done until 3/2. When I called that day to inquire about picking up car I was informed it would take an additional week. I finally picked up car on 3/6. My one week repair took 3 weeks. I realize that delays can happen but communication about the reason for delays would have gone a long way.

    Today I went to minton body shop to talk to them about this nasty black rubber scrape down the side of my Jeep. Nate the manager came out to my Jeep and we decided after talking about the damage that he would just come out with a tool and buff out the spot. I am so impressed with him and the service at this place I highly recommend that you come by, here it is worth the trip!!! Great service, super helpful management, a win win in my book. Thanks Nate!!! Oh and HE DIDNT CHARGE ME ONE PENNY!!!!
