Even though she wasn't there for an oil change, the team immediately pulled her into the bay, reattached the part with new bolts, and sent her on her way free of charge. They saved me a two-hour round trip and proved this company truly cares about its customers. Exceptional service—you’ve earned a customer for life!

With 25minutes until close for a 15minute oil change. Ethan was super annoyed and very rude. Get a different job if you hate it so much. I wouldn’t advertise for people to leave a Google review with such sorry attitudes. Wouldn’t come back. I was out with 11 minutes to spare until close
