  Mike and Ian provided honest, expert Communication and I feel the repairs that i asked thrm to my car were necessary at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

  The Tire Barn has exceptional service. We got a flat with five minutes til close, twenty minutes out, and Mike assured us he would remain open and get us taken care of. Mike was extremely respectful, and his team was tremendously cooperative. The waiting area is clean and Mike made us feel welcome immediately. The service was quick and easy. We walked out of the shop with a brand new tire and breakfast recommendations for the following morning. Highly recommend The Tire Barn.

  Read till the end please. The manager totally rectified this!! He kept my future business!!!….They made my 17 yr old feel very uncomfortable. Some of the employees was asking her if she was married, and laughed when she didn’t know the answer to a question and had to call me. Will not be coming back here I got a prompt call from the manager and he was super nice. He has definitely earned my business with his prompt response and professionalism. He replaced one tire and I just made an appointment for next week to replace the others!! I might have had one bad experience but that was definitely turned around and I will be back!! For all my needs!!!

  I came in around 10:15 a.m. to have a tire looked at after we picked up a nail on our way through Bloomington. I also requested an oil change. When I checked in, I told the service advisor we were going to grab breakfast and asked if the car would likely be done while we ate. He said it probably would be and that they would call us. At 11:30 a.m., I received a call saying the tire could not be repaired and would need to be replaced. I was also told that because the vehicle is all-wheel drive, I would need to replace all four tires, with an estimate of $891. Since the tire was still holding air with only a slow leak, I decided to go ahead with just the oil change and deal with the tire once we got home so we could continue our weekend as planned. This was around noon. After informing them of that decision, we clearly became a much lower priority. It is now 1:45 p.m., and we are still waiting because the oil change was not completed while we were at breakfast as originally indicated. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and the way our service seemed to be deprioritized after declining the tire replacement.

  A couple of weeks ago I had four tires put on my wife’s four-wheel-drive. Awesome service So I brought my Toyota four drive truck in for an oil change again great service to me took the right amount of time to make sure it was done correct and not hurried up in five minutes and out. The door made me feel 100% better I will go back to tire barn in Bloomington Indiana for my next door change and my next set of tires thank you tire barn.
