I double checked to make sure it was unlocked, then I had to go check to see if I was out of your payment portal. Grabbed my wallet handed him different ones he could try, they were all zero balance so they were fine. Suddenly the original one processed. He left, someone calls me the next day asking me to double check my credit card that the person out thought it went thru, but maybe not? Ok, I have been calling and texting for two days. I am not chasing down someone’s error. I could have paid cash on the spot but he- like youth of today, was in a hurry. The last time they were out it was an suv back windshield repair and they didn’t bring everything. Several years back. Needless to say last time I use a franchise. I will forever go local. This is a nightmare. Maybe people live maxed out- I can understand in economics it happens for survival. I however have reached the age of my own personal decision to be debt free and if you use it you pay it off within 30 days.
