They did NOT transfer my vinyl window cling stickers (oil change reminder and parking permit!!) to the new window - yes, I should have thought of this, but since they replace windshields daily, and this is my 1st time, moving oil change and parking permit clings should be standard procedure for them. Luckily, I realized on my drive home and was able to return and retrieve them before too late (my apt complex charges $100 for "lost" parking sticker!) The tech showed me a dirty air filter on his phone and told me "I'm not trying to upsell you, but this is your dirty filter" Wrong! My air filters were replaced by me about 8 weeks ago! And my windshield isn't connected to my air filter, so no reason for him to look at it!

A big gravel truck didnt have their tarp on going 80 mph down the interstate and a huge rock flew out while passing him and made a 6×6 inch shatter on my '22 Bronco windshield on the way to see my mom that was diagnosed for terminal lung cancer so to say the least it was bad timing. Only problem I encountered was that they needed a "Tap to Pay" machine bc I couldn't use the "After Pay App" =$800.00 and my bill was for $855.00 with the calibration I was approved for and the tech tried to help as well. Other than that it was amazing service and quicker than my appointment time scheduled. Thanks Safelite guys!!
