- MWMeghan WilliamsSep 29, 20255.0I hit a deer on a Sunday night. I filed with my insurance on Monday morning and stopped at Mintons to ask about an estimate. They took pictured right then and there and had an estimate to me within a few hours. Then we scheduled the repairs. Repairs were made in the time frame they told me and my car was returned looking good as new. Customer service was EXCELLENT! They answered all my questions very professionally. I even had to go back a few days later as my sest belt height adjuster was stuck and not working properly. They had me come in to look at it and took time to fix it right there. Will definitely recommend Mintons to anyone looking for a repair shop. THANK YOU!

The autobody professionals are more than qualified having looked at all their many, many Certificates of Excellence!! My 2016 Mazda6 was repaired and detailed to look like a new car!!! The team at Minton took a look at it and were straight forward and honest with me and got everything done very quickly. They were honest with what they could do and were extremely respectful in every way. I can not recommend them enough.

Nate the manager came out to my Jeep and we decided after talking about the damage that he would just come out with a tool and buff out the spot. I am so impressed with him and the service at this place I highly recommend that you come by, here it is worth the trip!!! Great service, super helpful management, a win win in my book. Thanks Nate!!! Oh and HE DIDNT CHARGE ME ONE PENNY!!!!

All of the staff were polite and genuinely caring, they had great attitudes and were able to provide very quick and efficient service. Nate in particular was very helpful and offered to set up a payment plan with me after listening to me worry about pricing. He was sympathetic towards for being a college student and genuinely wanted to help. They were able to order and ship the parts in one day and did not even charge labor for fixing my vehicle. I now personally recommend Minton Body Shop to my friends after this experience.
