I have received 4 emails asking me to please review them, even though I dont even live in that city, and havent for a long time. Even when I did live there I never used the service there, dont know why they are contacting me, but they are dedicated to getting my review, so here it is. The email game is on point and the manager is extremely dedicated to getting reviewed, im sure they will do a fine job of changing your oil, give them a chance, I might drive an hour out of my way now to get my oil changed just so I can give an actual review. But if you need someone to flood an inbox with emails, choose this Jiffy Lube.

Very friendly crew, that brought everything i needed to sign right to the front seat of my car as they did my oil change and checked my fluids. In addition to my oil change I had a brake light out that I was unaware of and they changed that for me as well! Of course I could have done all this myself but I’m a single mother with a full time job and it’s just convenient to be able to pull up and get this done instead of procrastinating like I would’ve done if I had decided to do it myself as I did last oil change! 4 stars because they offered to top off my coolant for an additional $6 and I can remember when that was part of the oil change service. The more the Price goes up, the less they do and I’m not isolating this business, unfortunately it is world wide and every business!

I didn't say anything to anyone because I didn't want to make a scene, they should have known by visual ID they didn't do a good job on that part of their service. If you aren't going to do it correct don't make it part of your service.
