  I've rented from this enterprise location for over 2.years. Never had an issue until today. The girl behind the counter, I've never ever seen her before was extremely rude and when I asked her to talk to the manager she lied and said she was the Mgr. I admit I overreacted but the girl had was so arrogant and hateful. She slammed my driver license and credit card on the counter. Said I couldn't rent the vehicle with my spouses credit card, even tho I've done it for years. She never gave any other option to remedy the situation. Such as, to change the reservation over to his name, nothing. Shut me out and treated me like my questions or my business was not important. Which is the worst way to treat a person and has no business in customer service. An enept rude employee who's not capable of understanding what a customer may be experiencing or simple customer courtesy, will not have my business and shouldn't I was able to rent from another place and will.continue to use them as they showed compassion and got me on the road , they are more expensive but cared enough to show empathy and customer care with a pleasant explanation of the rental agreement. This enterprise is no longer trustworthy or customer oriented . Go to a competitor right down the street.

  I rented a car from Indianapolis Airport. One day, I received an alert that some tires might need more air, so I visited the Enterprise branch in Bloomington. There, I met Isaiah Wisdom, who kindly helped me refill the tires and explained why the air pressure needed adjustment. I was very impressed by Isaiah’s professionalism and support. Thank you!

  The team members consistently demonstrate kindness, professionalism and a willingness to assist. My agent, Chase Ashcraft, was exceptionally supportive, providing solutions at every stage of the process. I greatly appreciated the attentive service he provided. Definitely I will choose Enterprise in the future.

  When you make a reservation on their website, you may or may not have made a reservation. It is like Schrodinger's cat kind of situation. You will find out only when you call them and they tell you what it is. For the representative who will see this and respond saying you called and left me a message. Number one, you said you called me on the day of my reservation. It is too late already for me to find out that you do not have any cars. Your website should not have made it possible for me to reserve a car if you do not have any cars available. That's how the websites work in this century. Number two, no I have checked my phone. There is no call from you. This is also the magic of the technology in the 21st century. It lets you know if things happened or not. I suggest you look into it. It is pretty handy.
