Best friend is getting married next month, decided to take trip with our buddies and him to Medieval Times and to see Chicago. I get there today, 10 minutes before my reservation states. Not only did he not have a minivan there for me, something I picked because it would accommodate all of us and is available for a 23 year-old, but he failed to confirm my age before getting me a vehicle that I AM UNABLE TO DRIVE DUE TO THEIR POLICY! I understand that shit happens and people mess up, but the reason I’m leaving this review is because of the gentleman’s attitude. Being the Branch Manager, I expected more eagerness to HELP a customer who you have wronged. The only responses I got from him, after checking only 2 others location’s inventory was, was “I can’t get you in a car today”. No sorries, no willingness to find a solution, and definitely not the attitude I would expect from someone who is supposed to lead in their store. I’ve been in retail for years now, and I have never met anyone more careless and incompetent. Thank you for being the only reason my buddies and I couldn’t enjoy this wonderful weekend we’ve had planned out for our soon-to-be-married best friend!

What is the business logic behind it - nobody knows, I don't see any. I used to like this company, and we were using it for all our business rentals as well, but not any more. They are going to loose thousands on poor customer treatment, and i have found a better deal with competitors, for both personal and our business needs.
