    They let you make a reservation to pick up a car on Saturday at 12, but their office is closed at 12. The frat bro staffer was rude and unapologetic. He lied to me by stating you got an email telling you to arrive by 11:45–I did not get that email only texts confirming my pick up time at noon. If you rent at noon stay open until 12:30 at least! Avoid this place. AVIS was able to save the day.

Rathbun for his outstanding professionalism and support regarding a rental car issue that wasn’t even at his location last Saturday. Despite it being his first time handling such a case, he proactively reached out to the relevant person and resolved the issue promptly.     The two stars are for the employees only who had nothing to do with how Enterprise's systems work. We rented an SUV. We're tall, both over 6 foot. We wanted an SUV because it's easier to get out of and also because we're used to sitting up higher. So of course when we get there, there's nothing but cars available. This rental has been on the books for 2 months. We had a 7 hour trip. Like come on. We could have upgraded to a Wagoneer for $100/day more, but apparently our downgrade to a car didn't give me any type of discount. So that was awesome. Obviously we took what we were given, but jesus christ Enterprise, do better.
