What i was most disappointed with were the excuses and not owning up to their mess up. Never been a fan of the sales mode of enterprise and now I'm no longer a customer either.

Call evansville, they put me in touch with bloomington.Indiana enterprise, and after speaking for a few minutes on the phone I was at the closest to I69 in no time. Ten, maybe fifteen minutes later, I was out and back on the highway with a new car. Kept me right on schedule.Thank you.Enterprise

James explained everything about the rental to me since it was a little different than any other vehicles I've driven. It was the nicest & most different vehicle that I've ever driven. The staff at the Bloomington Indiana north location was attentive & friendly! I will definitely rent from the Bloomington Indiana north location again if the need arises!! He lied to me by stating you got an email telling you to arrive by 11:45–I did not get that email only texts confirming my pick up time at noon. If you rent at noon stay open until 12:30 at least! Avoid this place. AVIS was able to save the day.
