  Love the tires but service is a little lacking. Waited 4 hours for 4 tires. Tried to upsell which is fine but they missed a bad left rear caliper that was missing an anti rattle clip and seized up.

  When purchasing tires at Belle Tire, you're provided with the en-Tire-life package. This is a service included in the purchase of tires that gives you free balance and rotations as well as free flat repairs for the life of the tires. I purchased 9 tires with Belle Tire and now am being refused service. I contacted corporate customer service and received a call back today from someone who called me by the wrong name repeatedly, demeaned me, lied to me, made false accusations, and threatened me. When I asked to speak to his supervisor he told me he didn't have one except for the owners of the company. This is highly unlikely. In a decent court hearing, the director of human resources, Nino Negovani, stated according to court transcripts that it the employer policy states "All employees must maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that is both professional and respectful towards customers, coworkers, vendors, and leadership." This is directly from the handbook. Yet the GM and cooperate do not abide by the handbook because the rules don't apply to certain people apparently. The guys up front: Bruce, Logan, and Blake are exceptional people, great with customer service, but they have no say in what happens at the store level, unfortunately it's a "do as I say, not as I do" company. Also, anyone who has needed to get their shocks and struts replaced and were told so by Nic Parton, you we scammed into spending money so that he could increase his spif activity, his income, and his daily sales totals. Shocks and struts have the highest markup cost of all parts and he sells them so he can hit his bonuses. Get a second opinion on your shocks and struts because every store he's been at will tell you he scams customers for shocks and struts. If he can't show you the blown boots or leaks, then don't listen to him. He's not a mechanic, he's a manager who only looks at the bottom line.
