Matthew was exceptionally knowledgeable and professional and delivered top-notch customer service. Charles helped diagnose her car and then helped us search for the item not only at autozone, but other local auto parts stores . As it turns out, the part was only available at the dealership. When I got the part, he provided the tools necessary for me to fix the car and then cleared the codes so we can get back on our way.

Sad world to see that people don't even want to help when it comes to answering questions, pulling a box off a shelf, or just looking something up in their system.
