  The gentleman helped me replace wiper blades in a split second. Would have taken me like a half hour to figure out. Great customer service!!!

  I was having charging issues with my car that resulted in ruining a battery I had just purchased last summer. I was ready to check out with the new battery and my old battery on the counter when another employee there noticed the battery I was bringing in was from O'Reilly. He asked if it was still under warranty, I said I wasn't sure but that it didn't matter, I'll just get a new one. I was done fiddling around and just wanted to get the car running. He literally had to convince me to check and actually called O'Reilly himself to see if it was still under warranty, which ot was. He said "Go to O'Reilly and get your free battery, sir." lol I only give reviews when someone goes above and beyond and this young man did. Thank you!

  Great experience! With many options available varying in price, Chris listened to me & asked questions to ascertain my needs ultimately helping me make the best decision for the appropriate battery for my vehicle.

  Bobby went above and beyond! My daughter is a student at IU and stopped to get gas on her way home from work around 9:00pm. When she went to start her car back up the battery was dead. By the time roadside assistance got to her and got it jumped, she was pulling into the Bloomington IN AutoZone at 9:51. The store closed at 10:00pm, but Bobby stood in the negative temperatures to install her new battery which wasn’t completed until 10:15. With the temperatures and current road conditions we’re grateful the store was even open and that Bobby was kind enough to help knowing it would be after closing before he’d be able to leave. Thank you Bobby!

  Forever grateful for the immense support and incredible service experience of this AutoZone. I have never in my life left a review for a place, but my experience here left me no choice. Biggest thank you to the manager Jeff Hardin, who went out of his way to save me from hundreds of dollars in towing costs and what were surely to be several frustrating hours. Saved my life today. He deserves props and so much more!
