  Nic is your guy! But anyone of those salesman open everyone with open arms highly recommend seeing my boy and Nic. He’s takes very good care of his customers and runs a very fine store.

  I have used Belle Tire for years for tires, brakes and oil changes. Earlier in the week I made a 10 AM appointment for an oil change and tire rotation because I knew I would have to wait on it. At 11AM the car had not been touched so I left. The excuse was they only have one bay that can do my car. That's fine, but since they knew that when I made the appointment that should have been factored in. I understand there are always extra waits even with an appointment, but my time is important too and an EXTRA hour for an oil change is not acceptable. DONT Take the appointment time if you cant deliver in a reasonable fashion.

  Blake and Brandon are great. Blake took the time to give me quotes and recommendations on tires. And Brandon gave me amazing service for my brother jeep. After a bad experience with Midas, a great first impression here

  I wanted to give a good human review on the service that I received for my car. The team at Belle Tire were extremely patient, diligent, and had unparalleled know-how in repairing my vehicle. They were thorough, worked faster than I could have imagined, and the whole team was a cohesive machine. I'm honestly floored, and I recommend them to anyone needing regularly scheduled maintenance or big-time repairs alike for anything you may take in. They answered questions in a way that made sense to a non mechanic. All of the staff were friendly and really cool. Despite all the problems my car had they were dedicated to making the experience better than I could imagine and I'm a lot happier for it. Thank you for everything, for real. I can't recommend you all enough, you're a 5-star service to the community.

  When purchasing tires at Belle Tire, you're provided with the en-Tire-life package. This is a service included in the purchase of tires that gives you free balance and rotations as well as free flat repairs for the life of the tires. I purchased 9 tires with Belle Tire and now am being refused service. I contacted corporate customer service and received a call back today from someone who called me by the wrong name repeatedly, demeaned me, lied to me, made false accusations, and threatened me. When I asked to speak to his supervisor he told me he didn't have one except for the owners of the company. This is highly unlikely. In a decent court hearing, the director of human resources, Nino Negovani, stated according to court transcripts that it the employer policy states "All employees must maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that is both professional and respectful towards customers, coworkers, vendors, and leadership." This is directly from the handbook. Yet the GM and cooperate do not abide by the handbook because the rules don't apply to certain people apparently. The guys up front: Bruce, Logan, and Blake are exceptional people, great with customer service, but they have no say in what happens at the store level, unfortunately it's a "do as I say, not as I do" company. Also, anyone who has needed to get their shocks and struts replaced and were told so by Nic Parton, you we scammed into spending money so that he could increase his spif activity, his income, and his daily sales totals. Shocks and struts have the highest markup cost of all parts and he sells them so he can hit his bonuses. Get a second opinion on your shocks and struts because every store he's been at will tell you he scams customers for shocks and struts. If he can't show you the blown boots or leaks, then don't listen to him. He's not a mechanic, he's a manager who only looks at the bottom line.
