  Charles and Gavin were EXTREMELY helpful to me. Helped me get back on the road and did thing that most places wouldn't do. They went above and beyond to help and I'd go back here in a heartbeat. Check it out for yourself. Thanks guys.

  The gentleman helped me replace wiper blades in a split second. Would have taken me like a half hour to figure out. Great customer service!!!

  I was having charging issues with my car that resulted in ruining a battery I had just purchased last summer. I was ready to check out with the new battery and my old battery on the counter when another employee there noticed the battery I was bringing in was from O'Reilly. He asked if it was still under warranty, I said I wasn't sure but that it didn't matter, I'll just get a new one. I was done fiddling around and just wanted to get the car running. He literally had to convince me to check and actually called O'Reilly himself to see if it was still under warranty, which ot was. He said "Go to O'Reilly and get your free battery, sir." lol I only give reviews when someone goes above and beyond and this young man did. Thank you!
