  Just had my oil change done here today. Everything was going smoothly until they had me try to start my engine. My jeep had decided to die right there in the bay. Instead of pushing me out the doors, they spent 2 hours trying to get it started, NEVER once making me feel bad for being stuck there. I did finally have to end up having them push me out after using the emergency cord to put it in neutral and when I said the steering was too hard ( since the power steering was gone) they even offered to steer it out foe me. I feel like they all went WAY above and beyond to help me. I ended up having her towed, but they worked way long than I most places would have to try to avoid that. I will definetly be back!!!

  I have reached out to management for them to deny the damage claim. If you value integrity stay away from here . Joey tried lieing to my face blaming previous mechanic about damaging and stripping my lug nuts . The only rim on my car damaged was the one with the stripped lugged nut. No oxidation brand new damage that they caused. Liar liars . Went in for a oil change and tire rotation. Oil change went well but when they were performing the tire rotation a tech came into the waiting room to show me a stripped lug nut . They asked who rotated the tires last and tried to play the issue on the last mechanic. Surprirse surprise it was me and I made sure I used the correct size. During them showing me I seen they had used a 7/8 socket which is incorrect. It fits loosely for a 2015 toyota sequia . I pressed them and called them out on their bs . They ended up using hammers and who else knows beating on the lug nut trying to get it removed. They ended up replacing the stripped lug nuts on that tire . Well , the bigger issue is that my rim that they stripped the lug nuts on has damage that is new damage . No oxidation , looks brand new . They have zero integrity and only wanted to replace the lug nuts after I called them out on there bs . Now I'm going through a claim with management. They tried to lie to my face until I called them out for using a incorrect lug size.
