- GHGeorge Hinkle6 days ago5.0After trying at two different locations to get my oil changed jiffy lube , didn't ask me to make an appointment, or come back at 3, they took me right in handled my vehicle with great care changed.All my filters checked on everything safety wise.Even let me know that my brakes might need changing soon.And for a great price ! Made me feel like a valued customer.I will definitely be going back for all my car care needs .

Upon pulling in, their service recommendations were open and honest while still being kind and helpful throughout. In particular, I was in need of new brake pads on all wheels, as they had been worn down to the backing plates. I was impressed by their honesty about the situation. Given the condition of the brakes, they had the opportunity to upsell me on additional components like calipers or rotors, however, instead, they recommended only what was necessary and even gave a complimentary brake fluid flush and replacement to help maintain the system. Moreover, they were quick to find a coupon for the brake service to help bring down the cost at checkout. All in all, a great experience, with specific kudos to Christina!
