  Chris was an extreme help to me and was very patient. He continued to give me excellent customer service after I had asked for the wrong service. I know little about cars and he both saved me a little change and helped me understand what options I have. Yeah, if you’re some corporate jerk maybe you wouldn’t like to hear that. Know this, I am swearing my fealty to Tire barn because of his service and will not be taking my business elsewhere, with little exception. Clean store, excellent service, and genuine people. If Chris is there when you’re in, you’ll be taken care of.

  I needed 2 Zero Turn tires that needed mounted. I took them to Tire Barn and they got me right in AND I went to pay for the job and they told there would be no charge. I was flabbergasted. I immediately went to the technician who changed the tire. His name was Micheal and gave him $20 and thanked him for his time. What a great way to do business. I will definitely return now with any tire issues I have. Thank you all for going above and beyond.

  My tire kept slowly leaking air and I saw a screw in the tread. Took my car to Tire Barn @ Shiloh Crossing in Avon, In and they got us in and plugged the hole. Great customer service! The wait wasn"t horrible. I think I was 3rd in line and didnt have an appointment and waited around hour. But I walked over to Best Buy and the Total Wine and More store and came back to my car being ready to go! Highly recommend 👌

  I came in thinking I needed four new tires and all brakes redone also a oil change. This would’ve totaled probably $1500 at least . They shocked me when they called back and said that my tires are still in good shape and that I didn’t need them and also that I only needed one brake pad change. I brought in a couple coupons as well and one of them was for half off an oil change and I got it for $33 which was amazing. They did the check on my car for free. I am definitely getting my brakes done here when they come iin a few days!! Excellent customer service!!!

  I drove to tire barn with an almost flat tire that had a bolt screw about the size of a nickel in it. They were able to repair my tire in about 30 mins and the cost was minimal. I was preps for them to say you need to buy a tire and 200 to 300 and was just beside myself with those thoughts. I would recommend Tire Barn as a great place for tire repairs. Thank you!
