    I attempted to get a tire rotation however they over torqued the wheel lock key and broke it and now I have to get all new lug nuts and key which is going to cost more than a tire rotation. All they did was offer to pay for the tire rotation the next day, and order a new key... it caused more in stress as they told me while a tire was already off and another was halfway off! Will not be returning.

    I had my oil changed at Valvoline. The store manager opened the store early got me in. Got me out within 15 minutes so I could go be with my clients very courteous very thorough and I will be going back.
