    Every employee that I came in contact with was super friendly! They also showed me the difference between everything and didn’t make me feel pressured into purchasing anything extra outside of what I had pre purchased. I will be returning! (As someone who works in customer service, I appreciate the service I received)

    Unable to honor my Groupon because a fine print clause about a 24 hour delay. When I pulled in, I asked if groupon or the $15 online coupon would get me a lower price. I was told to use the groupon. When I went to checkout, I was told that I had to wait 24 hours for the Groupon to be useable. I should have been told that first. Groupon won't refund, only give a credit. When I tried to finally check out, the tech and manager were nowhere to be found.

    My MIL had a horrific experience with a battery replacement here. They completely butchered it and didn’t put all of the parts back in her vehicle, lied about it and then didn’t offer any kind of refund/discount when she confronted them about it, even though they said they took full responsibility and acknowledged that they lied. The fact that they let her drive off in her car with loose parts rattling around and didn’t seem to care about her driving in an unsafe car tells you everything you need to know about this company. There’s a reason why their prices are super low.
