Once I arrived at the location I was told they just ordered the tires when I called before I left town. Super disappointed that I couldn’t get these replaced today. Better communication is needed.

I had to keep calling to get updates to find out in the end, they couldn't install the wheels on my vehicle. This should have been a very easy determation to make and should have been communicated more clearly. I went to a shop in Indianapolis that didnt even specialize in wheels and tires and they got it done the same day. The speacilized bolts weren't hard for them to find either. I will give them some credit. They didn't charge me for doing nothing. Many shops lately have done this kind of thing.
