Got there on time and after waiting for over an hour, my car had not moved from where I parked it. I got my key and left. If I had just walked in I could have understood. If I book an appointment, I expect you to actually intend to do the work at that time otherwise it’s just wasting my time. Note: there was a guy that got there at same time for oil change. He was still there when I left.
