- TTTravisJan 27, 20263.0I have mixed feelings about my experience here. While the staff and mechanic was extremely supportive, polite, and honest, they didn’t fix my truck. I came into Belle Tire in October 2025 to have a list of things replaced on my front driver side. After spending $1,517 the same issue has continued. I take it back in and the mechanic test drove it, heard how bad it sounded in the front but after lifting it up and checking, he was unable to determine what the problem was or where the noise is coming from. While I appreciate that he didn’t make up a list of things and he was honest about not knowing the exact issue, he referred me to another shop. What I’m mostly disappointed with is spending that much money and have the same issue and they never offered to compensate for not fixing the issue the first time or offer a partial refund. I feel like I bought parts I didn’t need. Feel free to reach out you still have my phone number.

BT treated me with respect and kindness that the other place couldn’t do. It doesn’t matter if they are a chain, what matters is how the workers treat their customers. Thank you, Belle Tire. I will be returning again!
