- MCMelody Creevey2 days ago5.0I had an emergency with the oil in my car. They caught the problem immediately and moved heaven and earth to get me back on the road. Ron is the most efficient mechanic!! I don't remember all of the gentlemen who assisted with sorting out the problem, but they were ALL proficient and super sweet...above and beyond! Wha t could have been a disaster, but all worked out, and I was impressed with the entire adventure. Bravo to the whole team!!!
- BJBrad JohnsonApr 24, 20261.0I really need to find a new place to get my oil changed. When I pulled in I said, “oil change and tire rotation please.” The guy was very short and had a rude tone. He said we don’t have the crew for a tire rotation so we can’t do it. The next guy scans my VIN # and then offers me a tire rotation. I say yes again. Then, he went and asked a guy named Ron if they could do the tire rotation and Ron said they couldn’t lift my car due to where the gas tank was. (Even though I’ve had my tires rotated here twice before) So, I got 2 different excuses on why they couldn’t do a tire rotation. They clearly just didn’t want to do it. One of the guys appeared to be working on a personal vehicle in the spare bay and come back and forth to assist when they got a little busier. Perhaps if he wasn’t working in the spare bay, they would have rotated my tires. Sad that I’ve come here for years and they just seem to be so lazy these days and always want to do the bare minimum. All of this for a simple oil change that cost me over $100. Need to find a new shop…

The “team” worked very quickly, but I believe they were not being completely honest as to items that needed repaired or serviced. They exaggerated things and when I told them it was just looked at yesterday they immediately changed the story they were trying to feed me. Nothing they said was documented on the printed receipt and I fact it was all marked good on the things they checked.
