  I went here today 4-28-2026 to rent a car so my Son an I could go some places today I was told it would be no problem about it. I was told it would be a couple of hours before a car would be available so I went an walked around Angola for awhile I came back a few hours later an was told again there wouldn't be any problems. I got out my debit card to pay for everything an the guy tried to tell me that he couldn't accept my debit card as payment. I told him that there is probably more money on it then what he makes a month. For some reason he declined everything an I wasn't about five hours of my time at this place. If people ask me about renting a vehicle here I'm going to tell them the truth. Do not rent a car from them because they didn't accept what I use to pay for everything.

  I rented a car for 7 days for a trip from northern Indiana to Southern Tennessee an 8 hour drive.!! The car I rented was great not one problem what so ever nd the enterprise associate was friendly nd professional.!! I couldn't say anything bad about the whole experience if I wanted too a 10 out of 10 experience.!!

  I had initially set up a reservation at the sturgis michigan location a week in advance for a specific type of vehicle to drive to florida. On the day of my pickup, I went to get it and when I arrived, the lady told me that vehicle wasn't available and she had a compact car available for me to drive. That would have been really useful information in advance since I was taking people on a trip. She was not at all helpful and did not offer any solutions.So I reached out to the angola location in Andy was able to help me immediately! This was a super important trip for a couple different reasons! Andy got me into a vehicle similar to what I had requested, and he did it an hour before closing on a Friday ! I was frustrated that I had to drive to another state to get the vehicle that I needed. But I was very thankful that, Andy was able to help. There were a couple of very small issues with the vehicle, but i was still able to make my trip! When I returned, I let Andy know about the issues, and he quickly offered a discount to make it right! Angola is definitely a further drive for me, but I will absolutely use that location for my future rental needs! Thank you Andy!

  We have used Angola IN Enterprise a few times. The first time was okay. The employees were pretty ride but the car was suffice. Second time, two years ago, car was extremely small and had mechanical issues. I was told it would be fine. It was not fine I had to insist on a different car. They were rude once again. Decided to try one more time. Picked up the car last night. Rented a full size and they tried giving me a compact. There is a no smoking sticker inside, but the cigarette smoke smell is horrible. Been in the car for 2 hours and I have the worst headache from it. The inside of windshield is filthy. I had to stop and clean it. I will need to exchange the car for a new one. The smell is over powering. I have a 7 day trip. This is unacceptable. I will never use this company again.
