I replaced my own air filter (because I could do it far cheaper). The manager was kind but several steps were missed. I know that oil changes aren't cheap however I could have done it for half of the cost, I just didn't have the time. The price you pay for convenience I guess.

Please ask the customer if they want the milage sticker placed on their windshield before applying it. I prefer to place it out of my field of vision and it was kinda hard to get off. Otherwise very friendly staff and oil change was quick.
