- GLGreg LudwigFeb 9, 20261.0Called enterprise after calling a tow truck due to some car troubles on the turnpike. Middle of winter, we needed somewhere to give us some help. Called and spoke with Andy- Andy let us know that we were too far for him to help us… we were 12 miles away or 20 minutes. Instead of just helping us he gave us a number to call due to there being no Ubers or taxis in the area. We called this random number and spoke with a lady who would come get us and take us back to enterprise for pick up. We let Andy know we spoke with the person he recommended and that she could get us there by 5:10. They close at 5. He lets us know that he would not be there and that he would not be able to help us. If we didn’t have family within 2 hours we would have been totally stranded in a car for the evening. There aren’t any hotels close or taxis near. Andy completed left us stranded because he couldn’t wait 10 extra minutes… if i could give this place 0 stars I would.
