- ALAustin LehmanJan 3, 20261.0I showed up today for an alignment appointment, Rebecca the assistant manager was really nice and said that there was one ahead of me and that it would be probably done in an hour and a half. Then Josh, another manager came in and was extremely rude and unprofessional and said that the guy doing the alignments was working on something else and that it was going to be an hour and a half before my car would be seen. I told him that I made an appointment for 3:00 and he said… “well there is 2 cars ahead of you, I don’t know what you want me to do about it” all while his back was turned to me. I took my car keys and left, I get that they are busy, but this is the second appointment I had to make for an alignment because they are borrowing an alignment guy from another shop and instead of having him do alignments, you are having him do other things. Josh has the customer service skills of a potato, I have no idea how that guy is a manager or employed to be honest. I’ll go down to Midas to get an alignment.

- ZCZachary CampbellDec 11, 20251.0They tried to use a chisel to remove lugnut covers and tried to use a torch to remove lugnuts HAVE THEY DONE TIA TRAINING I THINK NOT DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Please if you care about your car they will screw you and your car
