They took a machine screw out of my passenger rear tire, even though I was just passing though Angola IN. They didn't even charge me for their effort time. Thank you so much Angola IN BelleTire.

- EBELI BOYEROct 4, 20251.0DO NOT recommend. I showed up here at 10:10AM and was told it would take 10-15min to get my car on a lift, and that I was next in line, by the assistant manager Josh. By 12PM my car had not even been lifted while they had helped customers in front of me. In addition, nearly all of the bays were empty. I questioned Josh by 11:30AM and received a non-apologetic dismissive response. I informed them that they don’t deserve my business and promptly left for more deserving customer service. If you want to be misled about service times and don’t mind likely being misled in other areas of their service then I would recommend. Otherwise Bill’s Professional Towing and Repair offers no bs truly exceptional service for the same price.
