  Very disrespectful, rude, entitled, overall horrible customer service and will not be coming back. If you can’t act right or talk to consumers correctly think about a new job other then customer service? Yall were wrong trying to charge me an EXTRA $17 on top of what the actual price was I already was going to pay, there’s no way tax is $17 and just because “that’s what it rung up” does not mean that its correct, so check again rather than assuming you’re right just bc you work there, and rather then not one person siding with the customer you side with each other and make us leave the store which is terrible customer service and I will be contacting corporate for your lousy work ethics!

  I some how locked my ignition with my 🔑. Robert came out to where I was . I thought the battery was dead and he showed me what I did. Got me to the store and checked my battery and seen it was low so I bought a new battery and than he checked and filled all my fluids for free. He also told me how to maintain it threw this freezing weather. I learned a lot about my car I never knew. He did not make me feel stupid which I knew I was as I am from Az.and did not change maintance routine. Thank God for men like Robert my he be blessed as he is a blessing.

  I am leaving Auto Zone with a new battery in my truck. Robert was so helpful. He explained the different types of batteries to me then installed it quickly. I definitely recommend the Angola Auto Zone. Fast friendly and efficient. Thank you Robert!
