Not the crew working this evening, I believe the managers name was Tyler, along with another girl whom I didn’t catch her name gave me faith that great customer service still exist.

Sabrina, Tyler, and Jacob were all incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made sure I understood everything that was being done. They were efficient without rushing, answered all my questions, and made the whole experience super easy. It’s refreshing to find a place where the staff truly cares and makes you feel comfortable and confident in the service you’re getting. I’ll definitely continue coming back and highly recommend this location to anyone needing an oil change or tire service!

No one offered to explain the issue. One tech checked the dipstick 5 times in a row and it still had to be checked again. I would probably not return to this location. I have never had any issues with the ones at 116th St. and Allisonville Road in Fishers For myself. Just did not say me any time.

They also gave me a printout of their findings and offered to help in any way they could. They advised me on all the services that was available to me should I need them in the future. I most definitely will be returning each time!! Great work and customer service guys!!! You all were awesome!!! I cannot remember the last time that I received service like this. Sorry for the long report but I wanted to give credit where credit is due. I do apologize as I did not get the two gentlemen's names that changed my oil. I will highly recommend this location to everyone!!
