- SLShayla LoveAug 9, 20251.0Gerber repaired my hail damage they broke my passenger visor by stripping the screw. They never once told me about this mistake and proceeded to glue it on. I found this out by it being mid summer and the heat melted the glue. I took my car back in and they never apologized or took accountability. They told me they would keep the part(they still have it) and order a new one to replace it. They said this would be 3-7 business days for the part to come in. It has been over two weeks now they still have my broken piece that they hid with glue and haven't reached out about fixing this. They're sneaky and do not care about responsibility or customer service.
