  Do not visit this location. Go down the road to tire barn or walmart. Terrible customer service and sleezy sales tactics. My wife had a flat and brought it in this belle tire in anderson. Nail was too close to sidewall and needed a replacement. Looked to see if the tire she already had on the car was in stock at this location and said it indeed was in stock. Techs bring it in to the service bay and inform her that the tire is not in stock and to fix it right away she would need to pay $200 for a replacement. Which was almost 3 times the amount of the orginal tire. They told her the next option would be that they order the same tire on it but it wouldnt be there til 2pm. So my wife left and called around 3. Havent serviced the car they are "short staffed" said it would be worked on at 5pm. Calls at 530 and same bs that they are short staffed and it wouldnt be done until 7. She was the first person in the parking lot and in the building at 8 am. Almost 12hrs to change ONE tire. Pretty slimeball move to say they could fix a tire right then and there for almost triple the cost of the orginal. Then when you dont budge they make them wait 12 hours to change it. Save your time and money and go down the road. This company will never have my buisness again.

  My new tire store, I was a tire barn customer for over twenty years. They closed the Northside store and the South store is terrible I stopped in and stood for ten minutes, ( I was watching my time) and no one asked, stopped at the counter, or even walked by! Sorry Tirebarn, I need a place that wants my business. I stopped in to Bell Tire, got in ,got out, I was on my way.....and it was on a Saturday day!

  Got here 15 minutes before my appointment and my car wasn't taken into the bay until 40 minutes past my appointment time. I waited nearly 5 hours to have 4 tires installed and aligned. I do feel like I got a really good price on the tires. As I was checking out they gave me a quote for brake pads and rotors that was over $1100 on a small passenger car.

  Dropped our van of at 8am Sat 12/06/25 for an oil change and rotation, told them they had all day we would come back around closing time. They said the oil change would be done quickly the rotation would take longer. We drove past about 11:30 and the van had been moved and oil change was done. At 12:34 they called and said the van was done, we went at 3:30 to pick it up and they did not rotate the tires and the girl working the counter couldn't give my wife a straight answer if they did or didn't. I always mark my tires to identify if it was done and done correctly. It's frustrating when you take time out of your schedule to drop off a vehicle and it doesn't get done, we rely on and need that vehicle as our son is in a wheelchair and we cannot afford to be without it for long periods of time. And we paid $99 for an oil change which is outrageous.

  Called as soon as they opened this morning for an alignment and rotate and balance tires. Was told they would go ahead and get my paperwork started so they could get me in as soon as I get there. Should be between an hour and an hour and a half. Three hours later They rotated the tires, but my truck was sitting outside again, waiting on the alignment. After the second time asking what was going on, they finally pulled it in. But then they tell me they can't do the alignment because I need four ball joints. Everything else on the front end was just replaced two days prior and the only reason those did not get replaced is because they were tight and did not need replaced. Use caution when using their service and if they try to upsell you something be sure and get a second opinion
