CALLED AND THEY IMMEDIATLEY GOT ME IN TO FIND OUT THEY DIDNT CLEAN THEIR WORK UP , AND THAT MY COVER TO THE OIL FILTER AND PAN THAT PROTECTS IT WAS BROKEN BY THEM AND THEY ZIP TIED IT TOGETHER. MIND YOU THIS EXPLORER IS 4 YRS OLD. I MADE SURE THEY FIXED ALL OF IT AND NOW MY WIFE CALLS ME TODAY, FOUR DAYS LATER AND NOW IM OUT OF WASHER FLUID. I WAS GIVEN A PAPER THAT SAID ALL MY FLUIDS WERE GOOD AND THEY FILLED THEM UP. WELL I GUESS THAT WAS A LIE AS WELL. NOW IM GOING TO CALL THEM AND I WILL BE TAKING MY CAR BACK FOR THEM TO LOOK AT MY FLUIDS AGAIN ALL OF THEM, AND WILL NOT BE PAYING THEM. IM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE STUFF THAT IS COMING UP AS THIS STUFF SHOULD HAVE BEEN FIXED BEFORE I LEFT THERE . UPDATE: I WILL BE GETTIG A DISCOUNT ON MY NEXT OIL CHANGE, AND IM TAKING MY CAR BACK TO GET THE FLUIDS RECHECKED.
