How I know is because I had to extract her oil filter manually, which makes me look bad as if I messed up and I am an independent mechanic. I am tired of them hiring backyard mechanics. They should start making these guys go to school or at least know what they’re doing man. Very disappointed in this company.

Transmission flushed and things like that seems to be a challenge for them and have no one experience to do stuff like this. They take care stuff slightly more than average people can do. You just go to them when you have a time pinch to do it yourself. Overall the service is good.
