  I needed to get a rental car at the last minute, due to a car accident and Jennifer at the Zion location was awesome! Making the reservation over the phone was quick and easy and she was so pleasant and accommodating when I needed a bigger vehicle because my family is tall and leg room and size of the vehicle is important. I definitely will be renting from Enterprise again because the vehicle was clean and communication and customer service from Jennifer was perfect!

  I helped Christy drop off a toyota she said she rented from there only problem it had South Carolina plates on it same place Dukes Auction Group is from South Carolina. Either way i made sure i took pictures so nobody accussed me of anything. Enterprise has always been a great place to rent cars from. I have renred from them in the past. I tease people saying maybe Navy seal or Admiral Rave have connection with Enterprise its a Navy thing just fun in Thanks i know we did rent a white chevy.

  Bad service the agency in zion Extra fees , they charge me for something I didn't even do , I wouldn't recommend to go to the one in zion

  The office staff was very polite and professional, the car was what we hoped for, nice and clean and a non-smoking vehicle.

  The lady Corey is going to call and harassing you to bring the car back. Do not rent from them. They are going to mess up your name. She put me on the do not rent list. I don’t understand I was renting the car she call me everyday harassment me to bring the car back. I try to make payments at other locations but she was doing something to my account so I couldn’t make a payment. She is stealing money from customers. She charges me $75 dollars for a clean fee. They do not clean out the cars. She took my $300 deposit and charged me extra money. Idk understand how she is still working and stealing from customers. I read a lot of reviews and she is over charging people and lying on people name just because she is a Manager. Do yall pay attention to people you hire.
