  Bathroom shower curtain was molded clerk was claiming to be clueless with lies charged for two showers saying that they had to charge since it’s two people so me and my husband left and showered together one price at Lowe’s across the street and it was super clean !!!

  Stop here if you want the most HORRIBLE cup of coffee you have ever had, NOT pilot coffee. Messed up scale ticket . Guy at the counter was nice enough .

  This is the worst pilot I have ever been too.. I went in the other day to take a shower.. I had my service dog with me. The lndian lady at the front counter started being very rude saying dogs weren't allowed in the store , etc. my dog had service vest on , etc.( my dog is a pug ). She told me she knew everything and all the laws and there was no way he could be a service dog and threw me out of the store. I have made a complaint with pilot and may even talk with my lawyer about what happened , as my rights were completely violated

  This place is a disgusting. Why does Pilot allow them to use their name, is a mystery to me. The place smells horrible and the bathrooms are disgusting. Dirty bathrooms, dirty showers while the guy is out there playing with his phone. I bought a shower because the bathroom were nasty. The first shower was dirty so he sent me to another that was better. I was gonna get some food but the smell of the place just took away my appetite. I'll just go across the street to Loves.

  This is a foreign owned franchise. They were rude, overpriced, have no patience for truck drivers, they do not accept the pilot card for anything (as this was explained in great detail, by the lady who had very little patience, because it is foreign owned). The parking lot was crowded/cramped/cluttered and not easy to park or navigate. I will NOT stop here again.
