I’ve been getting oil changes for over 50 years and back when I first started getting them, the attendant would check my fluid levels and then at the conclusion of the service someone would vacuum the vehicle. I am shocked to see that my vehicle had been vacuumed. None of the other lube shops vacuum your vehicle and many won’t even check your fluids. Again, thank you very much for the great service and I will recommend you to my family and friends.

Jiffy Lube leaves me with that old fashioned feeling of excellent service and a sense of integrity. I was shocked to see that you even vacuumed my vehicle. No one does that anymore. Haven't lost a drop... Was good before Jiffy Lube and after Firestone.... Something wrong with this picture.. happened same place a couple years ago. I figured new ownership give them a shot!!! Big mistake.. talked to asst mgr he said they would look into it and get back to me... Been a week, haven't heard a word. Think twice before using Jiffy Lube.. they don't care about your vehicle or your service! Overpriced for getting no oil!!!! Update: the owner called me back. They refuse to take responsibility. It's funny my vehicle was fine before taking to them and after correcting their mistake and PUTTING OIL IN IT, it's not lost a drop. If you use them please keep an eye on your oil for at least 2 weeks. Don't let them be a part of your blown engine .. thank God I was smart enough to catch it at the very last minute... No oil on the stick!
