Last time oil leak, decided to stop the bleeding and took it elsewhere. This mechanic informed me bolts were loose around oil filter housing and manifold. Never again, will a Jiffy lube work on my vehicles. If you value good dependable trustworthy work GO ELSEWHERE.

- JBJay BusaOct 13, 20252.0Have been getting oil changes here for the last 8 years with no problems at all, but looks like Friday was my last visit for me. Oil was changed, tires rotated like in the past. Soon as I opened the door of my white vehicle I had to wipe the greese off the door handle, upper door frame, and the shifter knob. Heard a small front end noise when driving, got louder and when finally stopped at a friend's house found the lugs falling off. Another few miles and that tire was 100% coming off. Looks like it was my fault for assuming they did their job and I did not check all the lugs with a torque wrench when getting home. The person who did it needs to be let go or at least watched and followed up on for the next few weeks at least. Wish the best to all the one's who decide to return, but I will not be one of them. All the sorry's and free oil changes will not change that. Thanks for teaching me to not trust others and check their work after them.
