They sold me wipers that were not compatible with ANY vehicles of the same make even. Literally all you had to do was look it up and grab the part. I get that I could have done it myself, but that's not the service expectation.

I walked in and asked the gentleman if it was possible that he could help me. He came outside looked at the wiper and explained what was wrong with it. He was so helpful and polite. He replaced my wiper and gave me a perfect ending to a long day. Customer satisfaction is wonderful here at this store. I commend this store for its employees are very super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I am very grateful for their service.
