  The process of renting the car was easy and straight forward. The car itself , jeep wagoneer, was perfect and exactly what we needed for our trip. Shout out to Clay from the Woodstock, IL location. Very nice to work with.

  Our family gets by with one vehicle, so when our car broke down, we thought renting a car would be a good solution to save money. Boy were we wrong. I wish I would’ve just Uber or maybe even called my kids in sick to school and reschedule doctors appointments rather than be treated the way enterprise treated us. The employee who conducted the inspection before giving us the car had very little attention to detail. She took no photos. She verbally stated that the bumps and dents were considered normal wear and tear. I was shocked when the employee Who checked in the car was overzealous, clearly out to squeeze every penny from me on behalf of his beloved corporate overlords. He first tried to blame me for some very minor hail damage on the roof, which you could only see if you bobbed and weaved and caught it in just the right light. After I pulled up several different weather reports, noting that there had been no hail in the area while I had the car, he moved on to find another dent which luckily my husband had taken a photo of because my husband travels a lot and rents cars quite often he is much wiser than me and had the good sense to document it. Unfortunately, we were told that my husband‘s photo was not clear enough and so now we’re going to be charged to repair the car that we didn’t dent that we only rented to try to save money and limp along while already managing a very expensive car repair. You just can’t get ahead and enterprise is more than happy to grab you by the ankles and shake you upside down for every last dime.

  Employee very rude @ pickup! Woman at drop off very pleasant. The first man should take lessons from her!!!
