- CBC BFeb 21, 20261.0Car started leaking the day I brought it home, there is rubber sticking out from the drain plug and a visible leak from the drain plug, the manager john denied any leak and told me to drive an hour away to a different jiffy lube that has a mechanic to look at it. Refused to correct work I will be following up with a more reputable shop to inspect and be filing a complaint with corporate, cheers

They go over and beyond in customer service. On top of that they are quick to fit you in and get you on your way. Yet you still get quality work and service. They waited so patiently with my payment issues. I’ve been going to this Jiffy Lube since January 2024 with the same truck, never an issue.
