    One star is too many. These people are awful scammers. Rented me a car while mine was in the shop Next day it's shaking and every light is on They towed it and gave us another car.. now claiming we are responsible for "damage" to their vehicle. We did NOTHING but drive it home. SCAMMERS!!! Go anywhere but enterprise! Especially the one in Woodstock!

    My fiance had to rent a vehicle and had the worst time with this location. He was pushed into being at the location at 9 am for pickup. Then was called @ 8:15 and told that the vehicle wasn't at the location. At 11 am when he called he was told that it wouldn't be in till 1 pm because it was at the Crystal Lake location and he could go there to pick it up. We were on our way to Crystal Lake and got a call that the vehicle was in Woodstock. We headed to the Woodstock location. He requested a pickup with a full bed and a short cab for work needs but when we went to pick it up it was a short bed crew cab truck. He is not able to use the short bed. He was told that he would get a call about getting a different truck. No one called him on Friday. They have already charged his card and and been paid by our insurance. It seems that Adam didn't document the request for a longer truck bed needed. Saturday morning the Woodstock location is closed so he called Crystal Lake. He talked to the manager. Clay is trying to get this corrected for him but as of this post he still doesn't have a vehicle and can't go to work which he disses on weekends.
