  Had my car in for an oil change and everything went smooth. Brenden was easy to work with, quick, and kept things moving. The place is clean, nothing chaotic, which I like. What I appreciated most was the tech actually taking a minute to show me what needs attention now and what can wait. No pressure, no scare tactics, just straight up. Paul (GSM) is still the same, good guy, makes sure things are handled right. Overall, solid experience. I’d go back.

  Justin our salesman was very professional and dedicated to his duties. Drove two hours and when I asked for pictures and videos of the truck he responded right away and worked with us the whole way! He was very respectful and you can tell he takes great pride in his work! Very genuine person and would recommend him to all my friends and family!

  I had the best, most simple experience purchasing my new car at Bull Valley Ford in Woodstock. Cesar Ortiz and Imran assisted me in getting my vehicle set up, and I had an enjoyable experience. He was helpful in explaining the details of the car and showed me the useful features. He gave me a full rundown of the car in real time, and allowed me to ask questions and test things out. He was extremely kind and funny. The whole process took less than 20 minutes, and the men assured me they believed car buying should always be easy and fast. Imran was very helpful in helping me set up my warranty and was so kind. I could not have had a better time buying the car and I was extremely worried going into it. Highly recommend getting your car here if you want a positive and uplifting experience. Even my partner told me he has never seen such a streamlined experience. Thank you for everything Ford!!!
