  I asked them to check my coolant level.... Not done.., my guy asked me if I wanted 35 in my tires... Not done .... Rushed out way fast didn't check any fluids didn't check air filter.... Didn't ask if I knew how to rest oil thing.... You tube it when I got home. Normally I got to dealership but they couldn't get me in so I figured I'd just go to y'all and welp next time I'm just wait for dealership! I was in and out in under 10min! Well under!!! I can spend good money there (130$) just to be rushed out and things not done! So now more money out of pocket because I have to go to dealer to get fluids filled for coolent and me air filter. Done with y'all! Wood River Illinois location

  I had a wonderful experience today at the Woodriver Valvoline. The manager, Dom and his staff today helped me out with my oil and getting my tires roared in a timely fashion once they learned I had a slight bit of urgency. I recommend Woodriver valvoline for any vehicle services you may need!!

  I received an oil change and new wiper blades. I already had an air filter and the staff was kind and replaced it for me. Super friendly and considerate staff. Russ and the guys took care of my vehicle and my concerns.

  Kodak and Dominick were awesome. They worked super fast on my car after coming in without an appointment, and I think I'll be returning for other services when the time arises :))

  This has to do with Valvoline itself not the workers but the company I encourage everybody not to use their debit card or credit card. Got a letter in the mail stating they're going to charge me for a previous visit no date no amount nothing so I called customer service was very nice however they could not tell me because they did not know if it was one for October of last year or January. all because they switch card companies and had issues on their end and you can even be both October and January that I will be charged for which is fine because I did get a service since I got extra things done on the last service so my bill might be $91.47 or almost $400 combining two bills with a little extra service the last time
