  Safelite was awesome they came out to the house fixed the car The technician was super polite and they were right on time actually they were even early when they came It was great they communicated throughout the whole process and made everything super smooth and easy!

  State Farm is our insurance provider and offered Safelite as a recommended repair service after our windshield was cracked. We had used Safelite mobile service to replace a windshield years ago and remembered that they had done a great job. We filed a claim with State Farm and within a day, we were contacted by Safelite to schedule a windshield replacement. The service rep who called was from the local shop and was friendly and helpful. He confirmed the extent of damage, the need for replacement instead of repair and confirmed the replacement was fully covered by our insurance policy. We were offered either mobile service or we could drop our car at the local Safelite repair shop - both had appointments available within a day or two. The weather was going to be bad for the rest of the week, so we chose the shop over a mobile service. We dropped off the car and was told it would take 2-3 hours. About 3 hours later, we got the call that it was ready. The actual installer called. He explained that the rear view camera had to be recalibrated and that we would receive a certificate explaining that. He said everything had gone well and said that there was a lifetime warranty on his workmanship and explained the care needed for the next few days as the adhesive cured. We were very happy with the entire process and the workmanship at Safelite.

  I scheduled my appointment online, and I was pleased to see both in-shop and mobile service availability. The work was completed promptly as promised, and the waiting area was comfortable. The craftsmanship was professional; the windshield chip is barely visible. I highly recommend their services.
