I called the Safelite tech back and he admitted to leaving the overhead lights on and I noticed the headlights were on as well. He kept saying sorry but also said he never put the key in the ignition and when he jumped my car from his car because we thought it was a dead battery he didn’t know how to start my car. I called Safelite the next day to try and sort it out and see if they would reimburse me for the battery. They claimed the technician told them he tried to start it before he serviced my car which is an outright lie. I never got to talk to a manager about this everything was relayed through customer service and no one called me back like they were supposed to after my initial call. I will never use Safelite again or recommend it to anyone.
