    Salesman always put you in truble. Realy unexpirice staff. Once i was realy stocked when tjy Salesman said that nissan virsa hase no breaks. So pleas people's beawar if u go to the any autozone

    The team has change. Went into the store and Tall young man behind register with green eyes wasn't helpful. Seem as if he was bothered with me asking multiple questions. This isn't the first time.

    The guy who helped me was extremely rude. He had an attitude from the beginning for no reason, and he talked to me like he knew everything and I didn’t know anything. This was my first time in the store in years, and it turned into a horrible experience. I asked for a part that didn’t fit my car — I didn’t notice that the app said it wouldn’t fit — so I asked him what part would fit. Instead of helping, he acted annoyed and didn’t seem to understand my question. I don’t know why he had such an attitude, but it made the whole situation so unpleasant. If you don’t like your job, just quit. Customers shouldn’t be treated this way. Because of this experience, I will never come to AutoZone again. All I wanted to do was buy brake hardware kit for my 4Runner. I should have bought it from the dealership but they didn't have it in stock. (The guy was a big chubby guy with slicked hair back)

    I have a 2018 Hyundai Sonata with oil consumption issues and am currently waiting for a “new” motor. I couldn’t get the oil cap off myself to add oil and Chuck helped me. This man is amazing…he’s changed my wiper blades and installed my battery as well. He also refused a tip and just asked for a review so here it is! Thank you to Chuck for going above and beyond! Also, if you have a Hyundai or a Kia, keep an eye on your oil level…some of these cars consume oil at an alarming rate and there’s no warning until it’s too late, even the newer models.
