  A heartfelt thank you to AutoZone in Wood Dale for their wonderful help with my battery replacement! I was at Target just across the street when my car suddenly wouldn't start, and I felt a bit lost because I couldn't fix it myself without the proper tools. The store manager really went out of his way to help-he listened carefully to my situation, he came over to where my car was and checked it, and confirmed it was indeed the battery. He quickly took care of everything at his store as soon as he was able to get my car back on the road. He Asked a few questions, and voiced his concerns and Double checked a few things before giving the green light.I truly appreciate their caring service and support! I apologize. I did not get his name, a big shout out to you!

  Completely unpleasant, unprofessional, unwelcoming and unknowledgeable. I was super UNCOMFORTABLE.

  Salesman always put you in truble. Realy unexpirice staff. Once i was realy stocked when tjy Salesman said that nissan virsa hase no breaks. So pleas people's beawar if u go to the any autozone

  The gentleman who helped me was friendly, funny, and knowledgeable. I loved that they install wiper blades for free!!

  The team has change. Went into the store and Tall young man behind register with green eyes wasn't helpful. Seem as if he was bothered with me asking multiple questions. This isn't the first time.
