Earlier in the week I had brought my 2019 Honda Accord in for an oil change, Air Filter replacements and wipers. Everything seemed to go well except that one of the wiper sizes for my car was out of stock. They had been running a promotion where you buy one wiper and get one free. They Explicitly told me that If I bought a wiper that they did have in stock for my car They would make a note in my file that the second wiper when it came back in stock would already be paid for Under the promotion and all I would have to do is pick it up. I go back today to pick up the wiper And they tried to charge me for it They Never put it under the promotion like they said they would they never put a note that have been paid for like they said they would. It wasn’t until I told them what they told me Earlier in the week and told them I felt misled that they agreed to honor what they told me earlier in the week. The fact that the first visit in the week seemed to go well is the only reason I’m not giving a one star review. That and the fact that when they tried to charge me for the second wiper, they did try to put a coupon on it For like three dollars off, but that is still very different than what they told me when I bought the original wiper under false pretenses of them telling me the second one would be free per the promotion.

They get you in and out very quickly, and here’s something they told me. If your tire pressure light comes on pull into any JL and they will air up at no cost! Still the best value out there.

- CTChris TrippFeb 1, 20261.0I purchased an oil change yesterday at the Wilmette, IL location. They spilled oil all over the place under the hood of my car and on the front of the car. I saw this happen as your employee was being careless with the funnel, I thought that was the whole point of using a funnel, not to spill it all over the engine, etc. Also, the attendant wasn’t using gloves, so they got oil on my credit card. I expect much better service, especially since you basically committed robbery by charging me $130 for this terrible service, when I could do it myself for $50 or pay less at another place.
