  We brought the car here due to the reviews and they highly disappointed us. They made us pay for the car and the car was not ready, stated that we would have it back within 2 days, 2 weeks later, just getting the car back with the same issues we sent there. Very unprofessional for the manager to never call back or give updates. Took the car to a place in Melrose park, and they fixed the issues within 30 minutes. Showed us what CarX did, and we took photos, and will be sending to corporate. If I could do zero stars, I would. Would not recommend this facility to anyone.

  brought in a 2011 malibu 2 weeks ago for mis firing they replaced numerous parts still mis firing until carx said the car needs a motor pick the car up around 2 in the evening went to zumaya brothers in melrose park they replaced one coil and the car was running excellent within 30 minutes much love to the brothers I will not return to this place ever or recommend anyone..Thanks manager for call back but he never did ..so not professional

  I received a lot of conflicting details on how much the car repair was going to be. I came in to replace two bulbs and get an oil change. I was told the oil change would be about $100 and the bulbs with service about $75. I get there and all of a sudden the bill is $390 for two light bulbs and an oil change. Apparently the bulbs magically increased from $25 each to $40 each and the labor went from 30 min to change the bulbs to 2 hours. I ask them to go through the receipt with me and they realized I was overcharged. I walked out paying $290 which is still far too much. The crazy thing is I specifically came in for these two issues, but when they called me in the afternoon I was told all of these things wrong with the car. I asked about the progress on the lights and they forgot to do it until I reminded them. Why am I getting a full inspection when I didn’t ask for that? During this inspection, they proceed to tell me I need new pads and there’s an oil leak. I was told over the phone $750. I get there and now they’re quoting me $1,500 to get the pads replaced and fix an oil leak. I also called the afternoon before to tell them I’m dropping this off first thing Saturday morning. I was told they open at 7 but they actually open at 7:30. Poor communication all around.

  They do a great job and are trustworthy mechanics, not charging for things you don't need. Solid place. I go to them with everything.
