- SNsynda nelsonAug 16, 20195.0We had a problem where my hand held device said I was going into lock down in a few days, hours, etc. I hadn't driven the car in a couple days. and I knew my calibration wasn't due. We called intixilock and there apparently was some problem and I needed a new hand held device. They gave us the name of a good lace nearby. We went and it was the slimiest place ever. Disgusting. Intoxilock had called them to see if we could get it exchanged. We get there and waited around and then we're told their wi-fi was out and fix t know how long it would be put. We went back at 8 am the next day and waited 30 minutres fir someone to come same person tells us the wi-fi is still out. We called intoxilock again and said this place is unacceptable. They found us another place that was open on a Saturday, called and asked if they could get us in. No problem. The place was very nice, the people were very nice and it took about 20 minutes ad my original hand held device was working for him. But we got the new one which intoxilock paid for. This is were I will be going for my calibrations.
