  Super easy and fast working with them. They dropped the car off at the repair shop, and picked it up from the same shop.

  I just rental a car from Enterprise and from start to finish it was perfect. Ryan, the man who picked me up to bring me to their office, was a pleasure. I didn't have to get out of the care to do everything. He did it all while we were sitting in the car. I didn't have to bring my car back to them. He said to lease at the repair place and Enterprise will pick it up from there. Highly recommend them

  **BUYER BEWARE** Please do not give these guys your business, they do not care about you or the cars the offer, just the money you give them. I’ve been renting cars from various different places like Hertz, Avis, etc for the past 5 years and this location has become by far the worst. The location manager Sirei was very unprofessional and rude to my situation after I told him that one of his cars nearly caused me to have an accident. He displayed no empathy or care after I explained to him that the car he personally rented to me was an absolute nightmare. Furthermore, at the time of renting the vehicle the place was empty and he rushed me out of there like he didn’t want me around. Could he have given me a choice of another vehicle? Absolutely because the lot was full but no option was offered unless I “pay extra”. I was unfortunate enough to get caught in a rain storm last night and the wipers for this specific vehicle did nothing to clear the water from the windshield, leaving me with zero visibility on the highway. The poor brakes barley stopped in time before almost rear ending the car in front of me. I had to pull over and wait it out on the left shoulder 294 for 20 mins. He also claimed that the car steered correctly but one look the steering wheel and you’ll realize that this thing hasn’t had an alignment or service in months. I’m very disappointed with how this situation was handled and would recommend someone from corporate come see exactly how these guys “do business”.

  Car that we received at N/C for a warranty repair was not well maintained. The vehicle was dirty inside & out.
